At Carroll Estimating, we know you want to do more profitable builds with ease. In order to do that, you need to spend more time focussing on your builds.

The problem is there’s a shortage of resources, and the cost of everything is constantly changing, making it hard for you to keep track of your finances which may feel overwhelming and frustrating.

  • Paddy Carroll
    Senior Quantity Surveyor and Estimator
    In 2019 Paddy saw that Building Contractors would benefit from having reliable Quantity Surveyors, helping ensure no money gets left behind. The business has since expanded and supports 30+ contractors across all construction and civil industry sectors. Paddy has extensive construction and Contracting experience.

  • Tom Snoddy
    Senior Quantity Surveyor and Estimator
    Tom is a Senior QS and Estimator who has worked in the Construction Industry since he was 15 —having worked with his Grandfather and Fathers Construction Business. Tom has extensive experience in all aspects of construction, from private to public works.

  • Niamh Carroll
    Company Administrator
    Niamh is the administrator that keeps the Carroll Estimating show on the road. From quotations to Instagram to bookkeeping, Niamh keeps the business moving along behind the scenes.

  • Ceilum Darcy
    Quantity Surveyor
    Ceilum joined Carroll Estimating in 2020, coming in for work placement during the summer months of his college degree. Ceilum is now a full-time employee, working with several contractors daily in all aspects of construction.

  • Paul Doody
    Senior Quantity Surveyor
    Paul brings a wealth of knowledge from his day-to-day work on sites. Paul has a heavy civil engineering background and extensive experience in excavating, drainage, and site works. Paul is not only a Quantity Surveyor but an Engineer by trade also.

  • Jack Begley
    Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
    Jack joined the team as our first apprentice in 2022 to further his career in construction. He attends college one day a week and works with us the rest of the week. Jack has already begun measuring and dealing with contractors and suppliers.
